Concierge is priced like the service it is. Per event, per customer contacted. No platform fees, no annual contracts, no surprise charges.
$1,000 minimum per event. Cost aligns directly with the outreach you actually send.
Covers initial configuration and account setup. Waived for existing Clientbook customers.
A non-refundable 20% down payment at signup secures your event. Balance due the day of the event.

A “contact” is one customer your store chooses to invite. Not a message, not a delivery, not a reply. If we send three follow-ups to the same person, that's still one contact. You pay $1 each, once.
$1,000 per event, the equivalent of 1,000 customers contacted. We don't run smaller campaigns because below that size, the math doesn't yet work for either side.
A non-refundable 20% down payment is collected at signup to secure the event. The remaining balance is invoiced and due the day of the event.
No. Concierge runs as a standalone service. If you do use Clientbook, the $250 setup fee is waived and customer data flows automatically into the campaign.
You do. We only reach out to the customers you include in the list you share with us.
Opt-outs go to the dedicated campaign number, not your store line. We honor them immediately.
As replies come in, you get a real-time report on who's interested, who has booked an appointment, and who needs a follow-up from your team. After the event, load a sales and special-order report into the Concierge platform and we'll attribute revenue directly back to the outreach.
Run one event. See the recap. Decide for yourself.
