How does the referral or reseller model work?

Do I get per-store reporting?
Yes. If your retailer has multiple locations, we report on outreach and appointment metrics per store.
How long does it take to stand up a new retailer?
Register the event 3 weeks before the event date. POS integration must be completed 2 weeks before. The customer list (CSV) must be uploaded at least 10 days before. We send reminders as deadlines approach.
What if my client is already a Clientbook customer?
Even better. The $250 setup fee is waived for existing Clientbook customers, and the integration is pre-built.
Do I handle pricing with my client?
Depends on your model. Referral partners let us bill the retailer directly at standard rates and collect a recurring referral fee. Reseller partners buy at wholesale, set their own retail price, and invoice the retailer themselves. We walk through both on the partnership call.
